Please read these terms carefully before using SourceDerm.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SourceDerm mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. SourceDerm is operated by Ascent Strategies, Inc., a California S-Corporation.
Description of Service
SourceDerm is an informational tool that classifies skincare sellers by authorization status using a six-tier Trust Matrix. The Service is free. We earn affiliate commissions when users click through to retailers and make purchases. This affiliate relationship never affects Trust Matrix classification or seller ordering.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of seller authorization data, pricing, and coupon information. However, authorization status can change, prices are subject to change, and coupon codes expire. SourceDerm provides information to assist your purchasing decision. The final responsibility for verifying seller legitimacy before making a purchase rests with you.
No Endorsement
The Trust Matrix classifies sellers based on authorization status — not product quality or SourceDerm's endorsement. A T5 or T6 classification indicates the seller is not on the brand's authorized list and/or is priced significantly below MSRP. It does not constitute a definitive finding that the product is counterfeit.
Affiliate Relationships
SourceDerm participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and Impact. This affiliate relationship does not affect the Trust Matrix classification of any seller.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascent Strategies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any purchases made based on information provided by the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
